Replacement or Purchase Guarantee

  • Refunds are only available in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • China and Macau Special Administrative Region – Only replacement service is provided for the products purchased by customers, and no refund service is provided.
  • The product must be within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide a certificate of product condition, a photo of the body number, and the damage, which must be the same as the style and body number purchased, and sent by email to pacificpaletteinternational@gmail.com
  • Send the product, all accessories ( including neck strap, front and rear lens caps, binoculars bag ) , product manual, and complete packaging box to our company. After verification by our company, the replacement product will be replaced within 7 working days.
  • The item to be replaced is subject to stock availability. If this item is out of stock, you will have to wait, or you can replace it with other items of the same series with different styles or different styles of products ( subject to stock and product availability .
  • For all products, if there is a problem with the product mechanism, the product will be refunded or replaced within 7 days from the date of receipt .   • Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  5. All accessories ( including neck strap, front and rear lens caps, telescope pockets ) , product instructions and complete box must be retained. If it cannot be provided, the company reserves the right to refuse to provide any replacement services.
