Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

MINOX products come with a one-year product warranty
Warranty registration must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase, and the body number confirmed by the company is a valid body number before one-year warranty service is provided.
Please keep a valid purchase receipt (from our company's retailer) or you must present the purchase receipt during warranty and confirm the body number is a valid body number via email from our company . If you fail to present it, our company will not provide any warranty service.
(Product warranty is provided directly by MINOX or the designated valid authorized agent arranges pre-warranty testing and warranty arrangements).
  1. It must be inspected by a MINOX authorized agent or MINOX company maintenance personnel before determining whether to accept the warranty arrangement.
  2. Product warranty is limited to damage caused by defects in the manufacturing process or mechanical parts during the warranty period.
  3. The outer barrel, lens glass is scratched, broken or cracked, and any damage to all related accessories is not covered by the warranty and no warranty service is provided.
  4. A valid original purchase receipt must be presented. If failed, the company reserves the right to refuse to provide any warranty and warranty services.
  5. Online warranty registration must be completed.
  6. No warranty service is provided under the following circumstances:
  • The outer barrel, lens glass is scratched, broken or cracked and all related accessories are damaged. Improper use, falling, impact or man-made damage.
  • Has been repaired by yourself or by personnel not authorized by MINOX
  • The phone number is erased or the phone number cannot be displayed completely and clearly.
  • Unable to provide valid original purchase documents/receipts
  • Products not sold by our company or not designated by our company’s retail stores or parallel imported goods

After completing the warranty registration through this website, our company will immediately send you an email to inform you that the warranty registration has been completed. The machine number will be confirmed by our company, and the warranty will be notified via email within approximately three working days. (The email may arrive in your SPAM MAIL, please check it yourself).

This product warranty is provided directly by MINOX, or by a valid authorized agent designated by MINOX before warranty testing to determine whether to accept the warranty and warranty arrangements, etc.

Our company or MINOX reserves the right to modify, change or delete all warranty terms. If the warranty terms are modified, changed, deleted, or new terms added, etc., no prior notice will be given.

In case of any dispute, our company or MINOX has the final decision.
