Shipping Terms

The goods are delivered by our company to the place designated by the customer for free via SF Express.
The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items selected in your order and the time of receipt of payment.
Our delivery time: Monday to Saturday ( excluding Sunday and public holidays ).
The estimated delivery time is about three to six working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Customers in China and Macau Special Administrative Regions only provide replacement services and do not provide refund services. Please refer to the replacement and purchase terms & conditions.
Delivery to China and Macau Special Administrative Region takes about ten to twenty working days. (Macau Special Administrative Region customers only refer to the provision of replacement services and do not apply to refund services, please refer to the terms of replacement and purchase terms & conditions).
Delivery time for other regions: about 15 to 20 working days.
If due to special circumstances, such as the delivery location provided is unclear or wrong, or due to weather, etc., the delivery will be delayed .
If there is any problem with the delivery due to the wrong delivery location provided by the customer, or the delivery needs to be arranged again, all expenses shall be borne by the customer.
